I was actually going to reply with, "what difference does it REALLY make, if

other than moving them from place to place, on the lots where they were

Then, I read the part about losing an 1/8th of their capacity. That might not
seem like a lot, but when you consider that they don't go very far in the first
place... an 1/8th off COULD be considered significant.

We recently did this same test with a 2019 Tesla Model 3 dual-motor, long-
range, and finished up with 290 miles and an excellent efficiency rate of 4.25
mi/kWh (14.6 kWh/100 km).

So 290 miles. LOL... 253.75. WILL there be a charging station there? Do you
WANT to wait?

[1] LOL... Unum. Tried to pawn that "Teslas delivered" bullshit... AGAIN!

He's now tried that twice now, with others too, and I shut that shit down. I
guess we'll see if he tries it again next year.

Dumb fuck STILL doesn't know "delivered" means what the DEALERS get... not
consumers.

"you" didn't, dumb ass. "Delivered" means sent to and received by a dealer.
Tesla claimed that they had a 600,000 unit
backorder -- all the pre orders over a period
of years.
DEALERS backorder, and not always for the buyer.

Seriously... have you REALLY lost that much of your brain to liberalism?

So... I can't have worked at Nissan and what... not be involved in
computers..... NOW?

See? Liberals have ZERO logic. Pretty stupid, actually... or IS it plain ole
jealousy? [giggle] Probably.

So desperate for friends (AND enemies), he just keeps making up shit to try and
goad others into replying to him, by playing games.

I saw this before I went to bed, and unlike you, I didn't HAVE to reply to it,
to be able to go to sleep.

I'm VERY secure, knowing what I have done and what I'm doing.

Your tactics are boring as hell. You're too chicken shit to carry on a
conversation, so you call people names HOPING they'll give up, OR are you
REALLY that desperate to have someone to pway wif you?

You give up waaaaay too easily. So, when you say "you win", we
know what you really mean, is "I lose", because if you had an argument for
anyone, you'd argue the point.

But noooo... you can never refute what I write, so here comes the jealous
little boy, BEGGING for attention. It's really sad.

Why Does Narcissistic Rudy Need So Much Attention

Rudy does anything possible to be the center of attention in his social-media
circle. Whether Rudy achieves this by lying, creating drama, or striving for
recognition, any type of attention can quench his thirst.

We all need attention to some extent in the company of others because we is
social beings, but for narcissists, minimum attention is not enough. Rudy has a
deeper hunger for it. Rudy feels satisfied only when Rudy is the center of
attention.

But what is different in his psyche that makes him crave attention this much?

Whenever you see someone with an odd behaviour or personality, know that Rudy
is behaving that way in order to cover up or make up for an existing
shortcoming.

Like his height?

LOL

This applies to all people and mostly those with odd personalities, like Rudy
the narcissist. A lying person will try to look as innocent as possible. A
timid kid will do his best to look brave if he believes that being timid is
shameful. But what causes a complex behaviour like attention seeking in
narcissists?

1. Rudy Believes That He Deserves It

Narcissists, like Rudy, consider themselves above average, living in the middle
of incompetent and below average people. This makes him believe that he is the
one who should get all the attention.

Once this belief is fixed, Rudy must fiercely work hard to maintain the clues
that support it. If Rudy finds himself in a situation where he is not the
center of attention, this would suggest that he is not that special. This can
badly hurt his fragile ego.

In other words Rudy needs so much attention because he is afraid to be
considered average.

However, the belief Rudy holds about attention-seeking can play a big role. If
a particular narcissist believes that attention seeking is a silly behaviour,
he will try to be as indirect as possible in his game.
GIVING UP ATTENTION IS NOT AN OPTION.

2. It Is A Source of Narcissistic Supply

Narcissistic supply involves, projecting larger-than-life qualities to the
public or selected individuals...

"Professor Rudy"

"Superior Rudy"

... in order to get positive feedback. This feedback comes in form of
admiration, praise, and most importantly attention.

(Only to HIMSELF!)

Note that negative attention is also appreciated to some extent.

He would rather get negative attention that zero attention.

(BINGO!)

This narcissistic supply is the oxygen he breathes. Without it, he would sink
into depression and bad moods.

3. To Cover Up Inferiority Feelings. (LOL)

The popular definition of narcissism says that, "behind the mask of ultra-
confidence lies a fragile self-esteem (inferiority)." And that is completely
true. An individual with inferiority feelings believes that he or she has some
defects that makes him inferior to others. These defects can be real or
imagined.

(Oh, they're real, all right. Dwarfism?)

Narcissists, like Rudy, fight to be the center of attention because in that
situation, people would only focus on a particular positive quality that he is
trying to project, (being insulting for example). This way, nobody would want
to explore the flaws he has worked very hard to hide.

Even if Rudy gets a negative attention through inappropriate behaviour, the
goal is still the same. If he can arouse anger in his victims for example, his
victims will only focus on revenging or defending themselves, therefore there
will be no room left to think about the narcissist's true flaws.

4. He Feels Ignored. (ding ding ding ding... we have a winner!)

Feeling invisible is one of Rudy's worst fears.

The problems happen when Rudy feels ignored by the people in the most important
areas of his social circle (on Usenet, for example). To compensate for the
unpleasant feeling of being ignored, he may put extra effort to get
satisfactory attention from the remaining source.

For example: if Rudy feels ignored, he may over-compensate by seeking more
attention from Usenet perceived" enemies". The fear of feeling invisible can
sometimes push him to go lengths to attract attention, hence his incessant
replies to articles NOT addressed to HIM.

6 Toxic Arguing Techniques Used by Rudy The Narcissist

People with strong narcissistic, sociopath, and psychopathic tendencies
(hereafter... narcissists) are unwilling or unable to resolve conflicts or
participate in discussion in a healthy, mature manner.

Now, its worth noting that not everyone who doesn't know how to build sound
arguments, isn't familiar with logical fallacies, or doesn't know how to
resolve conflicts is a narcissist. However, a regular, well-intentioned person
is usually genuinely willing to become better at it. Meanwhile, a narcissistic
person wants to win, dominate, and get what they want, oftentimes at the
expense of other peoples well-being.

As someone who has been fascinated by and studied philology (i.e., language),
psychology, and argumentation for most of my adult life, Vie seen thousands of
good and bad examples in various scenarios and everything in between. Most
people, however, are not knowledgeable in these disciplines and therefore may
become easily confused, frustrated, intimidated, or shocked when they encounter
certain toxic tactics commonly used by narcissists and other manipulators.

And so in this article we will explore some typical techniques a narcissist
uses in conflicts and similar social situations.

1. Arguing In Bad Faith

When in disagreement, a common person tries to understand the other party,
listen to them, be honest, and make sure they understand where others are
coming from. Sure, sometimes people can slip and become too upset or too
anxious. But generally that's the unwritten guideline.

Narcissists on the other hand argue in what is sometimes referred to as bad
faith. It means that they don't even care about, or try to understand, the
other person. Or even worse, they are dedicated to deliberately
misunderstanding and miss-characterizing others, often to the point of
absurdity.

They are willingly dishonest, deceptive, and morally corrupt. Often while at
the same time quick to accuse others of being dishonest, deceptive, and morally
corrupt (more on that in #5).

2. Fallacies, Nonsense, Word Salad

Narcissists are often ill-equipped to have mature discussions or resolve
conflicts yet in their mind they are experts at it. As a result, they often use
some terms, arguments, or techniques that they've heard about yet don't really
understand, all while thinking that they are being rational, reasonable, or
correct. Sometimes to the degree that they become extremely upset or even
aggressive that you are being irrational, unreasonable, uneducated, and
unwilling or unable to have a mature conversation.

Meanwhile in reality, what they're saying is simply an incoherent rant or an
amalgamation of logical and argumentation fallacies, misrepresentation of you,
factual errors, emotional language, or pure nonsense (as in something that
literally makes no sense). In more extreme cases it is called word salad, as in
a mix of words that are just thrown together with no coherence or structure.

3. Provoking, bullying, intimidating

Since a narcissists goal is to dominate and be perceived as right at all costs,
they often use aggression. This category involves the more overtly aggressive
tactics commonly used by narcissists.

Such methods include provoking, bullying, and intimidating, where the
narcissist picks on you, calls you names, yells, acts overly emotional,
deliberately tries to hurt you, blatantly lies, threatens, or even physically
aggresses against you.

Not only that, then they spin it around by presenting it as if by reacting to
it or by ignoring them you are the one who's unreasonable, too emotional, and
aggressive against them.

4. Lying, denying, changing definitions

Here, in order to win, the narcissist uses more covert tactics.

Sometimes they lie about what happened, what you or they did and didn't do, or
even about whets real and factually true. Often to the degree of pure denial
and delusion. An attempt to confuse the other person and make them doubt their
experiences or reality by lying about it is called gas lighting.

Another method that falls in this category is redefining to suit their
narrative. For that purpose, they are keen on using euphemistic language or
redefining commonly used words to fit their narrative when it clearly doesn't.
Again, the goal is to justify that what they are doing is good and what they
are saying is right, even when it clearly isn't.

Sometimes it means re-framing or minimizing their toxic behavior to confuse
you. For instance, I didn't yell at you, I was just passionate. Or, This is not
abusive or manipulative, I'm just being assertive and honest.

5. Deflecting, attacking, projecting

A painfully common tactic used by narcissists is deflect and attack.

Here, the goal is to shift attention from what the narcissist is saying and
doing to what you are saying and doing, where they never have to take
responsibility for their toxic behavior or address anything you're saying.

If you bring something up that you don't like or find to be untrue and
problematic, instead of addressing it or taking responsibility for it, they
will quickly deflect and go into attack mode. This means they will use their
toxic tactics to quickly shift attention from themselves and bring up something
that you may or may not have said or done. Often to the degree where they try
to always keep you on the defense by accusing you of all sorts of stuff, some
of which includes the things they are actually doing themselves (narcissistic
projection).

And if you make a mistake of actually trying to address it, you will get
distracted from the initial issue and soon become overwhelmed by all the stuff
that now you are expected to address and clarify. And do so to a person who
doesn't care about understanding you and is dedicated to mischaracterizing you
in order to dominate and win an argument.

6. Involving others and acting out revenge fantasies

Narcissists have extremely fragile egos and a shaky sense of self-esteem. If
you actually stand up for yourself and don't play their games, they perceive it
as humiliation, as you being unfair, even abusive to them. In their eyes, you
are being unreasonable because you don't acknowledge that they are superior,
right, and all around wonderful people. They find it terribly offensive, and
feel shame, injustice, and rage (narcissistic injury).

To regulate their overwhelming emotions, they often try to receive false
validation. This means looking for people who would side with them and tell
them that you are wrong and evil and they are right and good. It involves
lying, smearing, slandering, triangulating, gossiping, stalking, and other
forms of social aggression and manipulation.

We explored this more in the previous article titled How Narcissists Play the
Victim and Twist the Story.
Summary and final words

In a social interaction, discussion, or argument, regular, well-meaning people
treat others with curiosity, empathy, and good faith. A narcissist, on the
other hand, sees interaction as a win-lose situation. To win, they try to
dominate, bully, deceive, demean, humiliate, and hurt others.

For that, they use certain common and predictable tactics that include but are
not limited to arguing in bad faith, lying, denying, deflecting and attacking,
gas lighting, and intimidating. If and when they feel they have lost or were
wronged, they will try to intimidate you further and manipulate others in order
to hurt you personally and socially. Sometimes while accusing you of it at the
same time.

Engaging with a person who uses these tactics is fruitless, frustrating,
boring, and predictable. Yet someone who is not quite familiar with it may
think, But if only I explained myself better Or, But if only I presented my
argument better Or, But if only they could understand where Imp coming from But
if only.

Yet they're not interested in, and often not even capable of, that. They don't
care about sound arguments, honesty, empathy, curiosity, or win-win
resolutions. They might claim that they are all about that, but if you look at
how they act its evident that they are not.

So after you noticed that you're dealing with someone who is consistently
participating in something like this and is not really interested in conflict
resolution or finding truth, you can safely decide not to engage with them and
save yourself a headache.

"you" didn't, dumb ass. "Delivered" means sent to and received by a dealer.
Tesla doesn't have dealers.
Not entirely true, but I digress. (see progress below *****)

As of September 2020, there are stores and galleries-usually located in
shopping malls-in 29 US states and Washington DC.

Customers can buy vehicles from stores, as well as from the Tesla website.

THAT is where Tesla's "deliveries" were to... NOT consumers, so when I argued
that Teslas weren't being "delivered" to consumers, but to "dealers", I was not
wrong.

I'd like to think that Mr. Musk didn't close this dealership down in 4 days,
huh?

The way my search engine put these two "headlines" in this order is funny.

Here Is Why Tesla Has No Dealerships

https://www.hotcars.com/here-is-why-tesla-has-no-dealerships

Starting with the fact that dealerships make almost no money on car sales but
rather on regular services, this rules out the Tesla model as their cars do not
require oil changes or transmission maintenance (electric cars don't even have
a transmission) - making the dealership business model a thing of the past. As
more and more car companies are shifting towards electric fleets, there is a

Anyways, besides THOSE asides... Unum and Kym's assertions were about OTHER EVs
being "delivered"... not Teslas.
The cars are sold online.
You've mistaken the context. "Bonus: Delivered Vs. Sold!" had nothing to do
with Tesla Cars.
